Why we built this.
We saw first-hand how much time youth workers were spending on administrative tasks that had nothing to do with supporting young people. DBS certificates tracked in spreadsheets. Attendance taken on paper, then typed up. Parents chased for consent forms weeks after they were sent.
The tools that existed were either too generic (built for businesses, not youth clubs), too expensive (enterprise software priced for large organisations), or too complicated (requiring hours of training just to take a register).
We knew the UK youth sector deserved something better — software built from the ground up with DBS tracking, GDPR compliance, safeguarding requirements and UK bank holidays already baked in. Not as an afterthought, but as first-class features.
So we built it. EasyYouthClub is founder-led, UK-focused and obsessed with keeping things simple. We don’t add features because we can — we add them because clubs need them.
