Cookie Policy

Only strictly necessary first-party cookies. No tracking, no advertising, no data sharing.

Last updated: April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Jon Hubbard t/a Technoliga, the trading entity behind EasyYouthClub, uses cookies on the EasyYouthClub website and platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Because EasyYouthClub holds personal data about young people, we have deliberately built the platform to keep cookie usage to the absolute minimum required to make the service work safely. We think that’s the right thing to do.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet or phone) when you visit. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent requests — for example, to keep you signed in.

Cookies can be either first-party (set by the site you’re visiting) or third-party (set by another organisation whose code is loaded into the page, often used for tracking, advertising or analytics across multiple websites).

Our position on cookies

To be completely clear:

  • We use only strictly necessary, first-party cookies.
  • We do not use tracking cookies.
  • We do not use advertising cookies.
  • We do not use analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, nothing similar).
  • We do not share cookie data with third parties.
  • We do not embed social media widgets, pixel trackers, or remarketing tags.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we are not legally required to ask for your consent under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) — but we want to be transparent about what we set and why, which is what the rest of this page does.

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your explicit consent before setting them.

The cookies we set

These are the only cookies set by EasyYouthClub:

Cookie Category Purpose Duration
XSRF-TOKEN Strictly Necessary Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection. Prevents malicious sites from submitting forms on your behalf. Session
easyyouthclub_session Strictly Necessary Maintains your authenticated session so you stay signed in as you navigate the platform. 2 hours of inactivity

Both cookies are first-party (set by our domain), are not shared with anyone, and contain no personally identifying information beyond an opaque session identifier.

No third-party tracking

EasyYouthClub does not load tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or analytics libraries from third parties on our marketing site or within the platform. We do not use:

  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager or AdWords
  • Facebook / Meta Pixel
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity or other session-replay tools
  • Embedded YouTube, Twitter or other social media widgets that drop tracking cookies

This means there is no profile of your behaviour being built up by us or anyone else as you use EasyYouthClub.

A note on payment pages

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe operates its own checkout pages on Stripe’s domain, and may set its own cookies on those pages for fraud prevention and to secure your payment. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Cookie Policy.

We do not receive any cookie data from Stripe, and Stripe’s cookies are not set on the EasyYouthClub domain.

Managing cookies

All major browsers let you view, block and delete cookies through their settings. aboutcookies.org has step-by-step guides for each browser.

Please note that blocking the two strictly necessary cookies above will prevent the site from working — you will not be able to sign in or submit forms. Because we don’t use any non-essential cookies, there’s nothing else for you to opt out of.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our cookie usage changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we ever begin using non-essential cookies, we will both update this policy and request your consent before setting any new cookies.
