Absolutely. EasyYouthClub is designed to be UK GDPR compliant from the ground up. Your data is stored on UK servers, each club has an isolated database, and we provide retention tools, right-to-erasure functionality, and a data processing agreement on request.
Yes. All plans include onboarding guidance and access to our help documentation. Growing plans include an assisted onboarding session, Established plans include a staff training session, and Enterprise customers receive on-site training where required.
All plans include email support with a 1-business-day response time. Established plans include phone support. Enterprise customers receive priority phone support and a dedicated account manager.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period and we provide a full data export. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
